Name badges are required for all attendees at the Michigan Music Conference. Why not be the sponsor of a particular group? Conference lanyards may be co-sponsored by two and split cost 50/50. Your company sponsor logo will reside on the lanyard with MMC and the specific category (if applicable).

HOTEL KEY CARD HOLDER – $1,500 *new!*

• Be the first greeting our attendees receive onsite as they check into their hotel room. Your logo on the hotel key card holder for MMC hotel rooms at the Amway Grand Plaza, JW Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott. This is a simple but impactful way to showcase your brand for MMC attendees.

COFFEE HOUR - $1,000 (four available)

• Support our attendees and their daily caffeine fix at the MMC Coffee Hour Friday and Saturday mornings in the exhibit hall. Your logo will be placed on prominent signage at the coffee station as attendees network and recharge.

Sponsor the MMC online registration for maximum exposure! Sponsorship includes:

Crescendo Level Sponsorships

FRIDAY EVENING RECEPTION - $350

Host your alumni, friends, and/or constituents at the Michigan Music Conference at your own Friday evening reception. Name placement on all sponsorship acknowledgement signage onsite, in onsite program book, and on the MMC website. This sponsorship includes room rental to host your reception. Universities shall book prior to September 15th, after which time companies may request space for a reception.

 

Obbligato Level Sponsorships (up to $1,000)

MOBILE APP BANNER - $750

See your company logo scrolling across the MMC mobile app. Place an embedded link direct to your website and reach MMC participants instantly. Only one (1) ad space is available; first come, first paid, first served.

RIBBON WALL - $500

Our educators love visiting the ribbon wall to grab colorful ribbons that adorn their name badge to show some personality and share common interests. Be featured as an MMC sponsor and your logo on signage at the ribbon wall.

WATER STATION – $175

Sponsor a water station in the DeVos Place where our student performers rehearse! Be featured in the onsite program as an Obbligato sponsor on the acknowledgement page.

IN-KIND EQUIPMENT DONATIONS

Have a piece of equipment that you would like to donate the use of during the conference? Your company logo/brand will be listed on the sponsor acknowledgement page in the onsite program.
